Why is it termed as the most prominent incident in the world's history ?
Becuz , It was achieved through non-violence.
The freedom fighters, under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, thronged the streets of India protesting against the white man's rule.
One of the most respected Preacher Leroy Brownlow stated in his words that -

Indeed , silence, proposed in a correct manner can break all barriers and reach to its eternal goal much easily n sooner than violence. All the major crisis India as a nation is suffering through, is the continuous successive violent acts , be it in the form of the Sarhad Paar terrorism or the intra-National Naxalites. As our Nation is proceeding to be the world's biggest power, these public disputes n divisions pulls it back to where we had started from.
As it has said that - " Education starts at home, in oneself " .. similarly negativity, ill feelings, violence and grudges innate in one's own mind . To fight against terrorism or naxalites or other major disputes, first v hav to fight against these ill feelings stored in our own mind.
Adopt urself, then teach others.
No one knows u better than yurself ;) , So, On this independence day , make a list of all ur bad qualities, n take a oath to delete just one of them daily.
Repeat this, until ur list gets empty :D .. Make urself stress free and Be optimist . :)
Do your little bit of good where you are, it's those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.
